Himalayan Crystal Salt - Salt is Not Just Salt Salt has the same fundamental importance for our life as water. We could not survive without water or salt. Salt is as essential as water. All the properties of salt that relate to our body are closely connected to water, because the crucial properties of salt, biochemically as well as biophysically, only exist in combination with water. The crystalline sole (so-lay), salt-water brine, is unquestionably the energy matrix in which life begins, develops and subsists. When we speak of salt, and as we scrutinize its properties, we mean salt in its original form: holistic, wholesome, unaltered, natural salt, as it has crystallized in the Earth over millions of years. Pure, natural crystal salt has been subjected to enormous pressure over millions of years. The pressure is responsible for creating the salt crystals. The higher the amount of pressure the more superior or excellent the state of order within the crystalline structure. Salt, for us, is foremost an information carrier and not a spice. For information to be absorbed into our cells, a crystalline structure is necessary. Chemically, a stone and a quartz crystal are both silicates. However, the vast difference in the amounts of pressure they were subjected to, distinguishes them. The quartz crystal embodies a perfect geometric form, a perfect state of order within its structure. The stone does not. Its elements are coarse, because it was not subjected to enough pressure to create a crystalline structure. Crystal salt layers wind through the mountain of salt, shimmering in transparent white, pinkish or reddish veins. Only with sufficient pressure was the salt of the salt mountain transformed into crystal salt. The elements trapped within the crystal salt are in particles small enough to be able to penetrate the human cells and be metabolized. Not all crystal salts are alike. “Crystal salts may display almost equal chemical composition, but it must be understood that natural salts from different sources also possess different biophysical properties. Remember how fascinated you were when first seeing the individual structures, reflecting the energy potentials of the various water crystal photos from Emoto? Although it was only H2O, we could clearly see that the individuality of each crystal was totally dependent on its energy field. For salt and any other elements, the same biophysical science is enforced. This doesn’t mean that the original Himalayan crystal salt we have tested and used in our studies is the “best” salt available, because in biophysics there is no “best” or “worst.” Every source is dependent on its measurable, individual energy frequency spectrum and, therefore, not comparable. But to know for certain how beneficial a “crystal salt” can be for us, we need to seriously analyze it thoroughly. Only then, after having conducted the research, can you really know of its true benefits in respect to our physical and mental well-being.
